The objective of the system is to collect preliminary information on disaster affected casualties/injured/missing persons information from Revenue circles/Tahasils/sub-districts/districts/state of Odisha so as to help the authority (SRC, Govt.
of Odisha) towards disbursement of ex-gratia assistance online (through IFMS) to the victim’s next of kin(s).
• Secured login based authentications & Role based authorizations • Mobile App based Preliminary Information capturing directly from affected location.
• Dashboard based display and analysis of cases and their status at different levels, ex-gratia funds approved/sanctioned/disbursed/pending status at state level.
• Linkage to CCTNS system for capturing police station FIR.
